Structure โครงสร้าง
- ประมาณ + number (+ CLF) (about)
- ราว ๆ / ราว + number (around)
- number + CLF + กว่า ๆ / เศษ (… or so, a bit over)
Usage การใช้
ประมาณ and ราว ๆ mean ‘about, approximately, around’. They go before the number. ประมาณ is neutral and very common; ราว is slightly more formal, and ราว ๆ is spoken.

Subtle differences ข้อสังเกต
ประมาณ can also soften a statement in speech: ประมาณนี้ ‘roughly like this’, and in slang ‘kind of’. For ‘over (a number)’, see TG056.
