Usage การใช้
เนี่ย (spoken form of นี่) points at a topic to focus attention on it: ‘this … (I’m talking about)’. At the end of a statement it adds emotional emphasis, often surprise or complaint.

Subtle differences ข้อสังเกต
เนี่ย is very casual. In formal writing it is never used; drop it or use นี้ after a noun (เรื่องนี้).
