Usage การใช้
ไม่เห็น (จะ) is a colloquial negative that contradicts an expectation or what someone said: ‘(but) it’s not …!’, ‘I don’t see that …’. It often carries mild protest or surprise.
It has nothing to do with seeing in this use.

Subtle differences ข้อสังเกต
ไม่เห็น implies ‘contrary to what was said or expected’. For a neutral negative, use ไม่ or ไม่ได้: เขาไม่มา ‘He isn’t coming.’
