- clause + ราวกับ + N (like, as though)
Usage การใช้
ราวกับว่า means ‘as if’, describing something by comparing it to an imagined situation. It is literary and expressive, common in writing, songs and stories. In speech, เหมือน(กับ) is more usual.

- เขาเดินผ่านไปราวกับว่าไม่มีอะไรเกิดขึ้น
He walked past as if nothing had happened. - เธอสวยราวกับนางฟ้า

It’s pouring as if the sky had sprung a leak. - เขาพูดราวกับว่ารู้ทุกอย่าง
He talks as if he knows everything.
Subtle differences ข้อสังเกต
- In casual talk, ราวกับ can sound dramatic: say เหมือน instead (เขาพูดเหมือนรู้ทุกอย่าง).
