Usage การใช้
After an adjective, อะไรอย่างนี้ is an exclamation: ‘How …!’, ‘So …!’. It is not a question, even though it contains อะไร. It often expresses mild surprise or complaint.
อะไรขนาดนี้ (‘to this extent’) is a common variant.
After a list of nouns or activities, อะไรอย่างนี้ has a different meaning: ‘… and stuff like that’.

Subtle differences ข้อสังเกต
✗ Unnatural: อะไรอย่างนี้ร้อน
✓ Use instead: ร้อนอะไรอย่างนี้ (It’s so hot!)
Why: The adjective comes first.
