Usage การใช้
ให้ + adjective after a verb phrase says how the action should turn out: ‘do it so that it is (clean, correct, finished …)’. It is common in instructions and advice: ทำความสะอาดให้ดี ‘clean it properly’.

Please fill out the form correctly. - ล้างมือให้สะอาดก่อนกินข้าว
Wash your hands clean before eating. - ฟังให้ดีนะ

Subtle differences ข้อสังเกต
V + ให้ + Adj focuses on the intended result. Plain V + Adj (TG231) describes the manner: พูดชัด ‘speak clearly’ (a description) vs พูดให้ชัด ‘speak so it’s clear’ (an instruction).
