Structure โครงสร้าง
- S + เกิด + V (suddenly, unexpectedly happened to …)
- เกิด + N + ขึ้น (… occurred)
Usage การใช้
เกิด before a verb shows that something happened unexpectedly, usually at a bad moment: ‘happened to, suddenly’. As a main verb, เกิด means ‘be born’ or ‘occur’.

Subtle differences ข้อสังเกต
ถ้าเกิด is a common spoken way to say ‘if (by chance)’: ถ้าเกิดเขาไม่มาล่ะ ‘What if he doesn’t come?’
