Structure โครงสร้าง
- Adj / V + จริง ๆ
- Adj + สุด ๆ (slang)
- (ผม)ไม่ + V + จริง ๆ (sincere denial)
Usage การใช้
จริง ๆ after an adjective or verb means ‘really, truly’. It intensifies (อร่อยจริง ๆ) and also stresses sincerity (ขอบคุณจริง ๆ, ไม่รู้จริง ๆ).
สุด ๆ means ‘super, totally’. It is youthful slang and belongs in casual speech only.

Subtle differences ข้อสังเกต
Position changes the meaning. At the start of a sentence, จริง ๆ (แล้ว) means ‘actually, in fact’ (TG241): จริง ๆ ผมไม่ได้ตั้งใจ ‘Actually, I didn’t mean to.’
จริงเหรอ / จริงหรือ on its own is the question ‘Really?’.
✗ Unnatural: ผลประกอบการไตรมาสนี้ดีสุด ๆ (in a formal report)
✓ Use instead: ผลประกอบการไตรมาสนี้ดีมาก (This quarter’s results were very good.)
Why: สุด ๆ is slang and out of place in formal writing.
