Usage การใช้
นึกว่า means ‘I thought (that)…’, and it implies the belief turned out to be wrong. It is very common when you are surprised. คิดว่า is the neutral ‘think’, which does not imply you were wrong.

Subtle differences ข้อสังเกต
- คิดว่า can also mean ‘thought (wrongly)’ with past context (ผมคิดว่าคุณกลับไปแล้ว), but นึกว่า makes the surprise clear.
