Structure โครงสร้าง
- ก็ + clause … (Well, …)
- ก็ + (S) + clause + นี่ / น่ะ(สิ) (Well, because …! — justifying)
Usage การใช้
At the start of a reply, ก็ buys time and softens what follows, like English ‘well…’. It is common before hedged opinions.
ก็ + reason + นี่ / น่ะสิ gives a justification that suggests the reason should be obvious: ‘Well, it’s because …!’ It can sound defensive or blunt.

Subtle differences ข้อสังเกต
✗ Unnatural: (to your boss) ก็รถติดน่ะสิครับ
✓ Use instead: ขอโทษครับ วันนี้รถติดมากครับ (Sorry, the traffic was really bad today.)
Why: ก็ … น่ะสิ sounds defensive, as if the question was silly. Avoid it with superiors.
