Usage การใช้
ต่อให้ means ‘even if’ for imagined, often extreme, situations: ‘even if (the most extreme thing happened), the result would not change’. It is often used with แค่ไหน ‘however much’ and a negative main clause.

Subtle differences ข้อสังเกต
ต่อให้ is mainly for hypothetical situations. Adding อยู่ดี (‘anyway, all the same’) at the end of the main clause makes the meaning clearer and more natural: ต่อให้เมื่อวานฝนตก เราก็ไปเที่ยวอยู่ดี ‘Even if it had rained yesterday, we would have gone anyway.’
For a fact that really happened, แม้ว่า (TG279) is the more usual choice: แม้ว่าเมื่อวานฝนตก เราก็ยังไปเที่ยว.
