Usage การใช้
ทันทีที่ means ‘the moment that, as soon as’. It is more emphatic and a little more formal than พอ … ก็ (TG274). The main clause is usually marked with ก็.
ทันที on its own after a verb means ‘immediately’: ไปทันที.

Subtle differences ข้อสังเกต
✗ Unnatural: ทันทีผมมาถึง เขาก็กลับ
✓ Use instead: ทันทีที่ผมมาถึง เขาก็กลับ (The moment I arrived, he left.)
Why: Before a clause you need ที่: ทันทีที่.
