Usage การใช้
‘Or else, or otherwise, either … or …’. It offers alternatives in statements and suggestions, often when the speaker is thinking aloud or guessing.

Either the beach or the mountains. - เย็นนี้กินข้าวบ้าน หรือไม่ก็ออกไปกินข้างนอก

Subtle differences ข้อสังเกต
✗ Unnatural: จะดื่มชาหรือไม่ก็กาแฟคะ
✓ Use instead: จะดื่มชาหรือกาแฟคะ (Would you like tea or coffee?)
Why: In a choice question use plain หรือ. หรือไม่ก็ is for statements.
