Structure โครงสร้าง
- ถึง + place (arrive, reach)
- V + ถึง + place / time (up to, until)
- พูด / คิด + ถึง + N (talk / think about)
Usage การใช้
ถึง means ‘reach’. As a verb: ถึงบ้านแล้ว ‘I’ve got home.’ After another verb it means ‘as far as, up to’: รอถึงห้าโมง ‘wait until five’. With verbs of speaking and thinking it means ‘about, of’: คิดถึง ‘miss, think of’.

Subtle differences ข้อสังเกต
- ถึง at the start of a clause can also mean ‘even though’ (ถึงแม้ว่า … ก็ …, TG279). That is a different use.
- คิดถึง means ‘miss (someone)’, while คิดเรื่อง ‘think about (a matter)’.
