Usage การใช้
ทีไร … ทุกที means ‘every time (X happens), Y happens’. It usually expresses a frustrating or amusing pattern.

Subtle differences ข้อสังเกต
ทีไร is spoken. In neutral or formal style, use ทุกครั้งที่: ทุกครั้งที่ออกไปข้างนอก ฝนจะตก.
