Picks out one of several: “the red one”

Usage การใช้
To pick out one item from several, put the classifier between the noun and the adjective: เสื้อตัวสีแดง ‘the red shirt (not the others)’. Without the classifier, เสื้อสีแดง just describes a red shirt.

Subtle differences ข้อสังเกต
Compare: ผมอยากได้รถสีขาว ‘I want a white car’ (any white car) vs ผมอยากได้รถคันสีขาว ‘I want the white car’ (one of the cars here).
