Usage การใช้
ยิ่งกว่า is an emphatic ‘even more than’. It is often dramatic or literary: รักยิ่งกว่าชีวิต ‘love more than life itself’.
ยิ่งกว่านั้น at the start of a sentence means ‘what’s more, even worse / better’.
For ordinary comparisons, plain กว่า (TG216) is the normal choice.

Subtle differences ข้อสังเกต
ยิ่งกว่า adds emphasis or drama. For a neutral, factual comparison, plain กว่า (TG216) is the usual choice: รถคันนี้ใหม่กว่าคันนั้น.
